Fairyland Loop Trail: National Park Service, Bryce Canyon National Park, Utah ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

4/25/2021: This hike through the multi-colored crazy beautiful rock formations of Bryce Canyon are, well, just crazy nuts beautiful! Take all the short offshoot trails you can. Especially the 0.2 miles Sunrise out and back - worth it. Take the 200 yard out and back Tower Bridge Trail – beautiful and a good place to rest. Take your camera; there are hundreds of wonderful picture opportunities along the route. It is very crowded. We hiked counter-clockwise.

• 8.0 to 9.0 miles loop – Family Friendly to just walk along the trail and back. Small children should not be expected to do the entire loop. 5-year old grandson? Not the entire hike.
• Difficulty: Moderate - because of the length. Hike early to avoid heat & crowds.
• Elevation range: 7160' to 8151' gross: +1578'
• Traffic: Heavy – go early to avoid crowds
• Getting There: No issues – crowded parking lots.

Marg’s Notes: Fairyland Loop Trail Bryce Canyon. Wow! Beautiful! Got started fairly early ~7:45. It was fairly cool, so wore lots of layers. We hiked counter clockwise. Amazing scenery all around. I had a nasty allergy attack as we left the campground. (Covid shot reaction?) Made the hike a little uncomfortable 😔. We hiked 9 miles. Rod took lots of pictures! Not too hard. Up & down. Showered & washed my hair! Felt a bit better.
